a RAT! RUN AWAY! or it'll bite you and infect you with rabies. lol. this pretty rat won't infect u with rabies, but can paralize you if it uses thunder fang 
or freeze you with an ice fang! or even worse... make u faint if it uses a critical hit hyper fang ... Anyways, this raticate is fun to build. It's not hard. It's easy to build but the whiskers can make u exasperated.
